Youth Outreach Programme (YOP), Bamenda, Cameroon: YOP (NGO) The mission of the Youth Outreach Programme is since 1993 to empower young people with skills that they need to make informed decisions thereby creating a better society where young people are healthy, responsible and actively involved in the development process. Youth Outreach Programme is a leading development focus organisation providing services and programmes to young people in a participatory and sustainable manner, tackling mainly on media and good governance, health (HIV), gender, sustainable environment and education. Its programmes have gained national recognition from local, national and international organisations involved in youth development. Youth Outreach Programme has worked with national and international organisations during its existence and continues to do so today. Some of our collaborators include: Voluntary Service Overseas – a British charity; British Council Cameroon; Heifer Project International Cameroon; Plan International Cameroon; Mborrorro Cultural and Social Development Organisation, Bundkicktgut Germany.

Institut für internationale Zusammenarbeit in Bildungsfragen IZB with the Institute of International Cooperation in Education the University of Center-Suitzerland is making connections to foreign countries. The IZB provides services for students and teachers of the university as well as for organisations working in the development cooperation. It is actif in research and teaching, it is engaged in the formation of teachers. Its focus is set on development cooperation and interculturality of education.


Göttinger Zentrum für Biodiversitätsforschung und Ökologie The Centre of Biodiversity and Ecology (founded in 2001) of the university of Göttingen supports studies and researches of the biodiversity in a interdisciplinar manner. The scientific objective is to study the evolution of biodiversity, its function in the ecological system and the potential of a sustainable management of this biodiversity with modern methods.


WOMNET WOMNET, the women’s network unit on global structural policy from a gender perspective, is a project office of NRO-Frauenforum e.V.. It is our objective to strengthen the participation of women’s organizations in global governance processes and their management and the influence taken by women in this overall context. We interface between the international and the national levels and contribute the positions held by German women’s organizations to international debates. Through alliances developed with women’s organizations and social networks in the South and the East, we back efforts to promote a gender perspective in politics in keeping with the principles of gender mainstreaming.


Women without Borders is an advocacy, PR and lobbying organisation for women around the globe. As an international initiative for women in politics and civil society, Women without Borders offers women a forum so that their voices can be heard and their concerns made public.


Globo:log GLOBO:LOG – Global Dialogue in regional networks - is a project for global learning at regional level. In several regional networks school and extra-scholar educational partners will carry out educational projects treating the interrelations among society, economy and environment, among North and South, among local and global activities. GLOBO:LOG wants to open schools for the co-operation with other regional partners at local level. At global level, GLOBO:LOG wants to encourage schools and their extra-scholar partners to initiate, extend and develop North-South-partnerships.
